They only pretend to give black men power( that's why )they have y'all black mens always sit in the front of white lady, that seems to Be Your Boss, don't get me wrong, I don't mind a woman interview with a man or being his boss ,but I notice how all the black man's, always have one white lady as their boss, While the Rick white man's ,sit and make the money off of gifted black people power but only use them for they athletic ability and give them money for it ,that's just slavery in the new form ,now they paying y'all to be slaves ,they just give you a nice house to stay in, and a nice car to drive, and nice clothes to wear, and y'all like y'all captivity just like when the Israelites came out of Egypt they told Moses he had a better when we was in captivity and we ate the meat and bread (( because they was hungry in the desert) (your ancestors) but you got to do what they say and when they say it ,,,,and I bet y'all young black men and older black men do not know that y'all are Israelites Children of the most high

Lakers should find a replacement for LeChoke James. Isiah Thomas keeps on saying LeBum never had a good coach but LeDramaQueen could not and would not play under a good coach because he plays the LeLoser system where he hogs the ball and everyone else stands around... never seen him play in a system.. and sleeps on defense.. trade off LeTard Lakers will be better off

Magic had the power but did nothing but damage with it. He traded D'Angelo Russel, Lou Williams then let Lopez walk for nothing. So of the course the front office had to put some limitations on his power.

I.T. couldn’t be more ambivalent. He said that everywhere Lebron has “gone” “they’ve” always “given” him... How about we stop making excuses for Lebron and admit that he has chosen his paths, teams, coaches and teammates. No one has failed him.

LeBron is the problem, he doesn’t know how to take over a game, he blames everyone else, poor leadership skills

They didn't have to fire magic when they just disrespect him. They knew a man of that status would feel undermined, and at that point he will leave. In there mind they are thinking that it will make them look better instead of firing Magic... that would crush them with fans and players. Big disrespect. Smoke screen 🤣🤣🤣👊 for the take over and use the Man or product.

I think the fault is with Lebron because he cho to go there just because he was chasing the Hollywood dream. He shouldn't have signed a contract for four years if he knew there was no way that he was gonna win the championship alone. He as not even guaranteed to get another guy he specifically wanted to join him in the Lakers.

Lebron screws over every team he is on because he won't sign a contract extension so they can go get talent. when the best player on a team won't commit to the team, everyone else has light feet. The best player and leader has to have the commitment - otherwise others aren't going to commit. Lebron should have never left Cleveland the first time. He is a joke. The NBA is a joke. All any conversation is about now is who is going to jump to this team or get traded to that team. Most of the time the conversation is only about 3 or 4 teams as if the rest of the cities didn't exist. The players are wrecking the league. Fans need to stop watching and stop paying. The NBA is joke.

With respect to Isiah's view that the NBA failed James due to the front office or head coaching deficiencies that may or may not exist inside a single organization, such an outlandish opinion goes beyond the pale. Lakers executive management probably played a role in the present chaos but blaming the entire league for the so-called woes of a single player is nothing short of absurd.

All these excuses for "King" James. Look at all these cast of players he had in his last stunt in Cleveland that did great this year; Hood, Hill, Rose, Korver. Yet James had "no help." Am I missing anyone?

She may have a lot of people counting on her but how much can they count on her if she isn't in charge anymore or bought out!!!
