                      Interesting. I've seen so many chefs say that you should only flip a steak once. I'll have to try the constant flip method and see the difference.

                        Interesting recipe, but if you think about it that's no different than a California burrito which has steak and potatoes, they're not mashed though.

                          Sam this was a godsend I had a dream last night I was a newbie at a fancy restaurant along with 7 other people to start the training they let us try some food as we were showed the place and what we had to do two of the foods they let us try were a very plain and meh rice dish the OTHER was a quesadilla I have no idea what was in it but it was the best quesadilla I had ever had it was encased (like a calzone) and from the way it looked I think it was fried because it was fully brown and had little notes of texture like toast or something fried with breading then I deduced it was steak cause none of the other meats seemed to fit then the filling I thought what it could be and I had no idea till I saw your video and you say potato and caramelized onions

                          Edit: it didn’t have a typical hard shell like most fried things which is why i am confused by it it would make sense to be bread cause it matched the texture of the bite but I strictly recall them saying quesadilla
