Zombie apocalypse with an open truck that consumes tons of diesel and can't go over water??? meh, I'd take a sherp ATV over it one million times. Smallest engine, higher autonomy, runs over anything and can go over water.

You can run over thousands of zombies with no damage whatsoever. The Silverado wouldn't last past two.

The mpg on this thing is probably pretty low, hence this truck is so huge. How do u expect people to get gas when most gas stations aren’t available?

Ok ok, I don't know about you, but how many car lube jobs per day per mile is this going to be before walking is 10 times faster? Multi fuel is great for all the choices of consumables though. May want to previously prep your oil change possibilities though- neegan will bat your head flat before you are on your 3rd oil dump.

Regardless of what you think, if it has air brakes, you must have a cdl. I know lots think they don't, but you will find out, if you ever get pulled over. You can convert the air brakes to hydrologic on those easily, but they don't stop as good.

I drove a Duce and a half in the military. The cons: max 52mph, loud exhaust with a ragtop convertible. You are going to need a good set of earplugs. Multifuel engine has a nick name “smoker”. It would never pass smog in California. Don’t ever, ever let run in all wheel drive on the highway. It will start binding up the front end and be completely in controllable. When coming back up on the asphalt you need to disengage all wheel drive and back up in reverse for about twenty feet to truly give it a chance to disengage. You are basically riding in a heavy truck with a lawn chair for a seat and no power steering.

But when you go to a car dealer, they talk about that as if it was an innovation gifted from outer space.😱And buses and trucks had these push button start, since a long time.

You need a car with great fuel economy and reliable for the zombie apocalypse. If your car breaks down then you are doomed. Great fuel economy means you can go further before you need to worry about fuel. Also you need a place to live too. So kitting out the vehicle so you can live in it is important. If the vehicle is too big, you might get stuck.

Dead flesh can't be reanimated. Maybe an engineered virus bio weapon or something like that. Too many people couldn't survive without electricity, car's, stores.
